Situated in the very heart of Vielha, surrounded by the bustling cobbled streets, the Riu Nere couldn’t be positioned in a better spot to enjoy the incredible tapas bars of the town. Vielha also offers a huge variety of delectable restaurants as well as some fabulous shops to browse of an evening. We offer a complimentary Ski Inspired transport to & from the lifts & pistes of Baqueira to ensure that you really get the best of both worlds, with the benefits of staying in town alongside convenient slope access.

Being so well positioned, our guests generally stay at the Riu Nere on a B&B basis to take advantage of the dinner options in town, or alternatively, we also offer apartments at the Riu Nere, which are fully kitted out with kitchen facilities. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed in a modern mountain style with live edge wood features, and a relaxed atmosphere. It doesn’t feature some of the extensive spa facilities of our other hotels, being best suited for those who want to focus on the pistes and the tapas!

Additionally, on a request basis, we are able to offer Triple & Quad Rooms, including Quads which can sleep up to 5 adults. All rooms feature TV & Free Wi-Fi, and some include a balcony with views. The Riu Nere apartments, also on a request basis include studio apartments for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, through to more spacious family apartments (still accommodating up to 2 adults & 2 children). All apartments feature a full kitchen, dining area & lounge with TV.

As with all hotels booked with Ski Inspired, we include our complimentary ski guiding service Monday to Friday.
